The foundation focuses on strengthening the healthcare infrastructure to ensure\u00a0timely\u00a0diagnosis, access to antiretroviral therapy, and ongoing support services for individuals living with HIV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-color-1-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-d89e0a2dd4611e80764836c451a3f997\">We work closely with healthcare providers, community-based organizations, and government agencies to improve the continuum of care, streamline referral systems, and enhance coordination among various stakeholders. By\u00a0establishing\u00a0a robust network of care and support, we can improve health outcomes and quality of life for our target population.<gwmw style=\"display: none; background-color: transparent;\"><\/gwmw><gwmw style=\"display: none; background-color: transparent;\"><\/gwmw><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-color-1-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-d61220becd2dd452424dbe7a93bf9b04\">Our medical team provides regular check-ups, antiretroviral therapy, and education on living with HIV.\u00a0These services are offered in an environment where they feel comfortable\u00a0and free from stigma and discrimination.<gwmw style=\"display:none;\"><\/gwmw><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-color-1-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-a657fb7bc760ce3efa6ec3987e4c5213\">When necessary, we&nbsp;also&nbsp;provide&nbsp;X-rays\u202fand conduct outreach programs to&nbsp;identify&nbsp;and link individuals to care, even in the comfort of their own&nbsp;homes.
