Domestic violence poses a significant threat to the physical and mental well-being of individuals and communities. It often correlates with increased vulnerability to HIV infection due to power dynamics, lack of control over sexual decision-making, and limited access to resources. We collaborate with local organizations and community leaders to raise awareness about domestic violence prevention and foster a culture of non-violence.
We provide linkage to resources and support for individuals experiencing domestic violence, particularly those who are also dealing with the stigma of HIV. Those services include legal aid, counseling, and safe housing options. Every one of our services is offered entirely free of charge, ensuring everyone can access the care they deserve.
