In 1984, Dr. Euan Menzies arrived in Provo for a locum at PHMC, a clinic that brought in a rotation of doctors from around the world. During this time, if you needed to see a doctor, you either waited until Thursday to see the government Doctor or you could go to PHMC and see a doctor there in the mornings.
